MOVING
HOUSE
If you’ve bought previously, you’ll have some appreciation for the effort involved in getting to completion.
By instructing us we will take on the burden and the heavy lifting throughout your
purchase, answering the calls and dealing with agents, solicitors and surveyors on
your behalf, saving you time and stress.
If you were rich, you’d probably pay someone to do it for you. Well, you don’t need to be rich to use PIPS.
Moving home should be an exciting time and why shouldn’t you enjoy what will most
likely be the biggest purchase, (both financially and physically) you’ll ever make?
If you have any questions regarding your purchase, or how we can help you, get in
touch.
HANDHOLD
Ideally, we would be instructed at the very beginning of the purchase process once you have spoken to your broker and understand your budget and preferred search area.
NEGOTIATE
When PIPS are instructed prior to an offer being made on a property, we can act as the negotiator, to assist in securing the property for the best price.
RE NEGOTIATE
This service is triggered if the property is down valued or there is an adverse survey report, requiring the price to be renegotiated.
QUIT STRESSING!
Couldn’t ask for anyone better to help me with my purchase. Pat went beyond and over and helped me secure the deal all the way right till the end till I got my keys
