English not your first language? Then UK Property probably won’t be either.
Fortunately, we speak both, fluently.
The UK property purchase system is based on old laws with challenging, outdated
language and terminology.
When on holiday in another country we often take a guided bus tour. It takes no effort and the relevant information is clear and concise as you pass by local landmarks. If you’re looking to buy a property in the UK it is a good idea to have a local guide to lead you along the road to successful home ownership.
The estate agent you are buying through works for the seller. Who is working to
assist you in your purchase?
We would like it to be PIPS. We specialise in property transactions and only work for
buyers, to ensure they are fairly represented.
Contact us below and we will take the time to explain how we can be of assistance.
HANDHOLD
Ideally, we would be instructed at the very beginning of the purchase process once you have spoken to your broker and understand your budget and preferred search area.
NEGOTIATE
When PIPS are instructed prior to an offer being made on a property, we can act as the negotiator, to assist in securing the property for the best price.
RE NEGOTIATE
This service is triggered if the property is down valued or there is an adverse survey report, requiring the price to be renegotiated.
