Buying a property can be a stressful and daunting experience. By becoming the primary point of contact for all third parties, PIPS takes on the stress, whilst guiding you on your journey towards property ownership.

WHAT WE WILL DO
We explain in detail the property purchase process and in which order things are done. This way they know what to expect.
We help research the property before or after viewings to ensure it’s a viable proposition and we can anticipate any issues.
We create and deliver a strategy for successfully making an offer.
We help negotiate any offer to ensure our buyers are paying the best price possible.
Once the offer is accepted, we liaise/advise their mortgage broker if the purchase is not cash.
We help onboard the client with their solicitor, assisting with forms which need to be filled in as well as AML checks.
We find out if there is a chain. When there is, we ensure we have the full chain details, and that communication is synced between parties in the chain.
We then proceed with progressing the purchase by liaising with solicitors and agents, ensuring enquires are being answered and we are moving at the pace required to meet the agreed timescales.
Once a survey has been completed, we analyse the report, go through it with our buyers explaining anything they don’t understand and point out anything they need to be aware of.
We are problem solvers so will help navigate potentials issues which may arise throughout the purchase.
If a renegotiation is required, we deliver a strategy for the buyer.
We work closely with the solicitor to ensure that everything is in place ready for exchange of contracts.
We run through with the buyer what exchange and completions dates are and the processes.
We then negotiate exchange and completion dates to meet our buyer’s requirements where possible.
We are there to walk them through the process of picking up their keys.
We are on hand 7 days a week to assist our buyers and by arrangement we work outside of usual working hours to assist shift workers and buyers with busy, stressful lives. No problem.
